Hiring a full-stack engineer to build production features and use AI coding agents with careful review of their work.
The first 90-day goals are to ship a feature in month one, own a module in month two, and add an agent in month three.
What you’ll do
- Build full-stack features spanning data models, APIs, and user interfaces.
- Work on a scalable multi-tenant platform with real-time and time-series data.
- Use AI agents to specify, plan, build, test, review, and prepare releases.
- Verify code quality, security, performance, and reliability.
- Debug production issues and own shipped work.
- Coordinate parallel agent work and combine it into clean, tested changes.
- Work with product leadership and clients to turn feedback into improvements.
What we’re looking for
- 2–8 years of professional full-stack experience with production frontend and backend work.
- Strong JavaScript and TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and experience with React or Vue.
- Experience with Node.js, Express, REST APIs, authentication, and background jobs.
- SQL and database knowledge covering data modelling, indexes, and query performance.
- Testing, Git, code review, and debugging skills independent of AI.
- Daily use of coding agents such as Claude Code or Codex, with sound judgment about their limitations.
- Clear spoken and written English.
- Experience in LLM features, agent/MCP development, Redis, queues, cloud, IoT, computer vision, maps, or GIS is a plus.
Workplace
- The role is 100% onsite at Dubai Internet City; work location is in person.
- Applicants must currently reside in Dubai and have a visa; visit visa holders may apply.
Compensation and benefits
- Pay is AED 5,000–15,000 per month.
