Marketing Executive (Tech Solutions)

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Plan and run social media, paid advertising, email, and SEO/SEM campaigns for technical buyers.
• Build and monitor AI-driven content, ad optimization, and automation workflows.
• Create case studies, whitepapers, product pages, and demo or webinar promotions.
• Coordinate creative assets with design teams, agencies, and vendors; manage budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships.
• Track performance with GA4, Meta Business Suite, and CRM tools; report KPIs and optimize campaigns.
• Support lead generation and nurturing, maintain brand consistency, and collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams.

Required qualifications

• Hands-on marketing experience in Tech Solutions, IT, SaaS, or software; purely retail or consumer-only experience is not sufficient.
• Practical AI/LLM workflow experience beyond occasional ChatGPT writing.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of marketing experience.
• Hands-on GA4, Meta/Google Ads Manager, and Canva or similar design-tool experience.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Preferred qualifications

• B2B/B2C, IT, or SaaS marketing experience is listed as nice to have.
• CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho are preferred.
• Webinar, demo, or technical content experience is preferred.
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is preferred.

Pay and benefits

• Pay is AED 6,000–7,000 per month; the posting also states salary up to AED 7,000 per month.
