About the role

Lead planning, forecasting and performance reporting across Sage Homes.

Turn complex financial and operational data into actionable insight and partner with senior leaders.

The role is based in the Northampton office three days per week, with two days remote if required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead elements of annual budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning.
  • Produce management reporting with analysis of performance, risks, opportunities and recommended actions.
  • Build financial models, scenario-planning tools and business cases.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders and translate financial insight into practical actions.
  • Improve and automate FP&A processes and support AI-enabled tools and new ways of working.

About you

  • Significant FP&A, Commercial Finance or Finance Business Partnering experience managing complex planning and reporting.
  • Strong financial modelling, forecasting and analytical skills.
  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • Experience improving processes and implementing finance-team automation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; able to influence and challenge senior leaders.
  • Proactive and curious, with an interest in technology, innovation and data-led business outcomes.
