About The Role

An exciting opportunity exists to lead a flagship corporate headquarters environment operating under a governance-led Managing Agent model.

The Senior Facilities Manager (Managing Agent Lead) will act as the single point of operational accountability across a complex multi-vendor environment, integrating, coordinating, and performance-managing all appointed service providers to deliver exceptional workplace, technical, hospitality, and customer-facing services.

Operating within a high-profile executive environment, the role requires a commercially astute and operationally driven leader capable of managing multiple stakeholders, supplier relationships, governance frameworks, and performance obligations while ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, workplace experience, compliance, and operational resilience.

The successful candidate will be based in Dubai and will provide governance and operational oversight across both UAE and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia operations.

This role is ideally suited to an experienced FM leader with strong supplier management, stakeholder engagement, contract management, and governance experience within complex IFM, Managing Agent, corporate headquarters, banking, commercial tower, hospitality, or mixed-use environments.

Managing Agent & Supplier Governance

  • Act as the single point of accountability for all facilities management service delivery.
  • Lead and coordinate multiple FM service providers, specialist contractors, and support partners operating across the portfolio.
  • Establish and maintain strong supplier governance frameworks.
  • Monitor, challenge, and improve supplier performance against agreed KPIs, SLAs, and contractual obligations.
  • Chair operational, tactical, and strategic governance meetings.
  • Develop corrective action plans, service recovery plans, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure service providers operate as one integrated delivery team aligned to client objectives.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Develop trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary operational escalation point.
  • Present monthly operational reviews, governance reports, and business reviews.
  • Support executive environments and customer-facing operations.
  • Deliver high levels of stakeholder engagement and customer satisfaction.

Operational Leadership

  • Lead all hard and soft FM services through a governance-led operating model.
  • Ensure seamless integration of technical services, workplace experience, hospitality, concierge, and specialist services.
  • Drive operational excellence and service consistency across all environments.
  • Promote workplace experience, customer service excellence, and operational innovation.
  • Support mobilisation, transition, and change management initiatives where required.

Commercial & Financial Management

  • Manage operational budgets and financial performance.
  • Review supplier performance against commercial and contractual commitments.
  • Support procurement, benchmarking, value engineering, and supplier rationalisation initiatives.
  • Validate supplier invoices and commercial submissions.
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost optimisation.

Risk, Compliance & Assurance

  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, regulatory, and client requirements.
  • Lead audits, inspections, and assurance activities.
  • Maintain risk registers, compliance trackers, and operational reporting.
  • Support business continuity planning and incident management.
  • Promote a strong safety culture across all service providers.

People Leadership

  • Lead and develop the onsite management team.
  • Manage performance reviews, development plans, succession planning, and training requirements.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Ensure all team members understand and comply with Macro policies, procedures, and management systems.

About You

  • The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience in facilities management leadership roles.
  • Demonstrable experience managing multiple service providers within a Managing Agent, IFM, or outsourced FM environment.
  • Strong supplier governance and contract management experience.
  • Experience managing corporate headquarters, commercial towers, banking, hospitality, aviation, or mixed-use environments.
  • Proven ability to manage executive stakeholders and customer-facing environments.
  • Strong financial, commercial, and operational management skills.
  • Experience developing and managing KPI and SLA frameworks.
  • A strong understanding of workplace experience and customer service excellence.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and leadership skills.
  • A strong understanding of health, safety, compliance, and risk management principles.

Qualifications

  • Degree qualified in Engineering, Facilities Management, Property Management, Business Management, or a related discipline preferred.
  • IOSH or NEBOSH certification.
  • IWFM, BIFM, MEFMA, or equivalent FM qualification desirable.
  • Strong working knowledge of CAFM systems, operational reporting, and performance management tools.
