- Finance Professional with 5 years of work experience in the FP&A Domain.
- Hands on experience in ERP, MS Office, and reporting tools.
- Analytical thinking ability and team player mentality.
- Self-starter, suggesting and implementing improvements to the processes.
- Ability to Balance stakeholders.
- Situational adaptability and able to manages complexities & ambiguity.
- Basic understanding of Accounting Principles and US GAAP.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Relevant elevated degree or credentials.
- Specific Knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion Financial Management.
- Power BI or related presentation tools.
- Experience introducing AI to processes.
