- For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with market research, business cases, product strategy, requirements, or go-to-market planning.
- Strong communication and presentation skills across technical, commercial, and leadership audiences, with the ability to build global relationships.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role.
- MBA or advanced business degree.
- Five (5) or more years of relevant experience in process engineering, sales, business development, product management, or product marketing.
- Knowledge of process control, control valves, related applications, customers, and competitors.
