The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant with International experience, preferably in a retail environment.

with Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus.

They should be knowledgeable about IFRS and UAE/GCC VAT and Corporation Tax, and capable of assisting management with research to ensure statutory compliance.

You should have intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including daily use of functions like Sumifs and VLOOKUP, along with intermediate PowerPoint skills.

They must possess strong analytical abilities to assess the commercial implications of data, demonstrate attention to detail, and maintain organization for efficient processes.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across departments are essential, as is the capability to meet deadlines and support team members.
