As our team is growing we are looking for a Sales Manager - Kitchen for Northern Emirates - RAK, Ajman & Sharjah Area.

About the Role

As a Sales Manager for Kitchen for the Northern Emirates - RAK, Ajman & Sharjah areas, you will play a key role in driving the success of our Kitchen category.

Your primary responsibility will be to promote our offerings to retail clients, both in our showroom and through outdoor activities.

You will be instrumental in shaping market strategies and goals for our Kitchen category, ensuring that our products and services meet market demands and exceed client expectations.

In this role, you will work closely with other staff to identify future customer needs and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies.

Leading sales opportunities and building lasting relationships with clients will be central to your duties.

You will be responsible to support and guide the sales team by following up with them on any potential opportunities for Kitchen, monitoring performance, engaging to help win projects, and providing training and category updates in the assigned showrooms.

You will organize events such as lunch and learn for prospective retail customers, ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process, from quotation to after-sales follow-ups.

You will also continuously analyze market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities to provide insights and strategic recommendations for business growth.

Additionally, you will manage key accounts, ensuring that services provided are of the highest standard, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

About You

As a Sales Manager in our Kitchen category, you must possess a deep understanding of the Kitchen Appliances industry, including the latest trends and developments.

You will have a minimum of 5 –7 years of experience in the Kitchen Appliance industry, and is known for your ability to close deals, manage key accounts, and exceed targets.

A valid driving license and experience working within the local market are essential for success in this role.

Your strong communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to interact with clients and colleagues across different hierarchical levels and cultural backgrounds.

A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, you will be committed to personal, divisional, and company goals.

Additionally, your skills in tracking competition and market forces will help you stay ahead in a dynamic industry.
