About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Business Development Manager – Kitchen Lifestyle to join our Projects team in Dubai.
In this role, you will manage the full sales lifecycle of project opportunities, from initial engagement and specification through to project completion, while promoting Sanipex Group’s range of kitchen lifestyle products.
You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, project managers, hoteliers, and contractors.
Acting as the main point of contact throughout the project, you will ensure a high level of service, identify future opportunities, and maintain long-term client relationships.
Your day-to-day will involve preparing proposals and quotations, providing project budget guidance, conducting site visits, managing project pipelines through CRM, and working closely with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
You will also support commercial negotiations, technical approvals, and product presentations while staying connected with industry trends and networking opportunities.
Provide, either directly or indirectly, installation advice and technical support as may be required on a project.
You will share latest developments with the wider project division facilitating ongoing seamless communication to ensure the best chance of success.
You will network and build relationship within the general project fraternity and attend relevant industry events.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, driving sales growth, and managing projects in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
About You
You are a driven and relationship-focused sales professional with experience in business development or project sales.
You have a proven track record of technical sales/ sales management within Kitchen lifestyle category.
You enjoy building strong connections with clients, identifying new opportunities, and delivering solutions that meet project requirements.
You are a confident communicator with strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, you work well both independently and as part of a team.
You are comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM or ERP systems and have a professional, hands-on approach to building long-term customer relationships.
Most importantly, you are passionate about delivering excellent service, achieving results, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
