About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Project Sales Manager to join our Projects team in Dubai.

In this role, you will manage project opportunities from initial enquiry through to completion, helping drive sales across our tile portfolio while building strong relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, and project managers.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and ensuring a high level of service throughout every stage of the project.

Acting as a key point of contact, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver tailored product solutions.

Your day-to-day will involve preparing quotations and proposals, conducting site visits, managing project pipelines through Sanipex Eye, and supporting technical submissions and approvals.

You will also oversee commercial negotiations, coordinate project deliveries, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed successfully.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, driving sales growth, and managing projects in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

About You

You are a motivated and relationship-focused sales professional with experience in project sales within the tiles or building materials industry.

You enjoy developing strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering solutions that support project success.

You are a confident communicator with strong commercial awareness and a solid understanding of technical products, pricing, and margins.

Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, you can manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of service and professionalism.

You are comfortable using Microsoft Office and ERP systems and work effectively with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

Experience

working within the Middle East market and understanding project sales processes would be a strong advantage.

Most importantly, you are passionate about achieving results, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team.
