Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting with regional commercial leaders.
• Analyze actual, budget, and forecast variances and explain top-line and bottom-line drivers.
• Prepare financial reports and models for revenue, costs, headcount, metrics, and trends.
• Develop KPI management reports and dashboards.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Accounting, and Sales Operations on financial data and business drivers.
• Drive cost control, operating margin performance, pricing reviews, revenue recognition, and sales incentive accruals.
• Support internal audits, demo asset policy reviews, ad hoc analysis, and financial compliance.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• MBA from a top business school, CA, or CMA is preferred.
• Five to seven years of financial planning and analysis experience is required.
• Experience with financial planning software and ERP systems such as Oracle, OBI, or EPM is preferred.
