Oversee financial operations for a healthcare group.
Healthcare or medical clinic industry expertise is preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee financial operations, accounting, and reporting.
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Ensure accurate financial statements, monthly closing, and management reports.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and financial performance across clinics.
- Ensure UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and applicable financial-regulation compliance.
- Manage audits, internal controls, and financial risk assessments; coordinate with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders.
- Develop strategies to improve cost efficiency and profitability.
- Supervise and guide the finance and accounting team; support management with financial analysis and strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
- At least 8–10 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, including at least 3 years in senior management.
- Healthcare, hospital, or medical clinic experience is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
