Join an aesthetic clinic as a professional, customer-focused Arabic and English speaking Contact Center Agent.
Handle patient inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve issues efficiently, and support a positive customer experience.
Patient Communication and Scheduling
- Engage patients warmly and professionally over the phone with empathy and understanding.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize appointment scheduling and clinic operations.
- Help patients choose suitable appointment times based on their preferences and medical requirements.
- Communicate clinic services, resources, pre-appointment instructions, and post-visit follow-up procedures.
- Advocate for patients by ensuring needs and concerns are addressed promptly and appropriately.
- Work with other departments to resolve issues and improve patient satisfaction.
- Handle inbound calls from potential clients and make outbound lead follow-up calls.
Communication and Records
- Use telephone, email, messaging systems, and voicemail to communicate through patients' preferred channels.
- Monitor and respond to clinic voicemail and email inquiries promptly.
- Update patient records accurately in the EHR system and correct identified discrepancies.
- Build and maintain client relationships to support satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the manager.
Required Qualifications
- Arabic and English are required.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of clinic services, promotions, and pricing.
- Follow healthcare confidentiality and privacy regulations and stay informed of compliance changes.
Performance Expectations
- Meet or exceed performance metrics for call handling, patient satisfaction, and appointment scheduling efficiency.
- Participate in performance reviews and seek professional development opportunities.
