Seeking an experienced senior export professional in IT hardware, storage, servers, networking products, and technology solutions.
The role covers international export sales, overseas customer development, product sourcing, supplier negotiation, and end-to-end export coordination.
Responsibilities
- Develop international customers, distributors, resellers, and IT trading-company relationships; identify markets and business opportunities.
- Sell IT hardware, storage, servers, networking equipment, and components; prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close orders.
- Source products and negotiate supplier pricing, availability, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to process orders.
- Manage exports from quotation and confirmation through shipment and delivery; prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and required certificates.
- Monitor availability, prices, currency fluctuations, and international demand; maintain customer, quotation, order, shipment, and payment records.
- Follow up on customer payments and collections; pursue sales targets, repeat and bulk orders, and provide sales and market reports.
Required qualifications
- At least 5 years of IT export, IT trading, hardware sales, or international business development experience.
- Strong knowledge of IT hardware and storage products; experience with international customers and suppliers.
- Experience with export documentation, shipping, logistics, and international trade procedures.
- Strong commercial negotiation, product sourcing, communication, and customer relationship skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems; excellent English communication skills.
- An existing international customer and supplier network is an advantage; UAE/GCC IT trading or distribution experience is preferred.

- Relevant products include servers and components, enterprise storage, NAS/SAN, HDD/SSD, RAM, switches, routers, firewalls, and network security products.
- Other listed products include desktop computers, workstations, laptops, monitors, data-center equipment, UPS and power solutions, and computer components and accessories.
