Senior Expeditor role supporting an EPC Oil & Gas team.
Responsible for timely delivery of equipment and materials in line with project schedules.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor vendor performance and purchase order milestones.
- Expedite engineering deliverables, manufacturing, inspections, and shipments.
- Identify delivery risks and drive recovery plans to mitigate delays.
- Coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, Logistics, Construction, and Project Controls.
- Track long-lead and critical equipment packages.
- Maintain progress reports, delivery forecasts, and expediting registers.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in EPC Oil & Gas projects.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, expediting, vendor management, and logistics coordination.
- Experience with manufacturing processes, inspection requirements, and international shipments.
- Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and advanced Excel reporting.
