Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage scaffolding crews, coordinating daily tasks and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop scaffolding plans that meet site requirements.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions, ensuring all personnel are aware of safety standards.
- Monitor the integrity and stability of scaffolding structures, addressing any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of scaffold inspections, site conditions, and personnel training.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other trades to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 0-1 year of experience in scaffolding supervision or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee scaffold erection and dismantling operations.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards in construction.
- Work Environment and Location
- This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring on-site presence to supervise construction activities. The role involves working closely with project teams and external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.
