Talent acquisition and onboarding
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including drafting job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with department heads.
Government relations and visa processing
- Process UAE employment visas, work permits, residency renewals, cancellations, and medical fitness tests.
- Coordinate government processing through portals and Tas-heel/Amer centers.
Employee relations and HR administration
- Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries about company policies, benefits, and workplace matters.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, up-to-date employee records and personnel files in compliance with labor standards.
- Administer benefits, health insurance policies, leave tracking, and attendance management systems.
Payroll and compensation management
- Coordinate with finance to ensure accurate, timely monthly payroll processing.
- Track commissions, overtime, and deductions, and support WPS compliance.
Performance and engagement
- Assist management in designing and implementing annual performance appraisal cycles and KPI frameworks.

- Work location is in person.
Requirements
