QA/QC Engineer – Construction role focused on quality standards for high-rise and villa construction projects in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain the Project Quality Plan.
- Inspect civil, architectural, and MEP works as applicable.
- Check compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Prepare and review ITPs, Method Statements, MIRs, WIRs, and NCRs.
- Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants and site teams.
- Monitor material quality and approved material use on site.
- Identify non-conformities and ensure corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain quality records and prepare QA/QC reports.
- Support audits, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 1–2 years of QA/QC Engineer experience on high-rise and villa projects.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures and UAE construction standards.
- ISO 9001 quality systems experience is preferred.
- Ability to interpret drawings and specifications; proficiency in MS Office and documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Pay
- AED 3,000–5,000 per month.
