Senior Employee Communications Executive, UK

Work with stakeholders to plan, draft, and create compelling copy and deliver engaging campaigns for our employee communications channels, including:

• Leading on or supporting high-profile campaigns to ensure successful delivery

• Developing and delivering internal communications plans to support business wide campaigns and projects

• Drafting and publishing engaging news articles that inform, engage, and inspire colleagues

• Updating existing content on channels to ensure it’s accurate and relevant

• Building and issuing targeted emails for internal audiences to inform and drive action

• Supporting all-colleague call/video recordings by organising, scripting, delivering etc.

• Creating content for social channels that engage colleagues and helps create discussion

• Supporting internal events and roadshows so that they’re impactful and run seamlessly

• Developing eye-catching and informative collateral for offices and sites (posters, flyers etc.)

• Liaising with the Design team and other suppliers to help deliver engaging campaigns

• Supporting the team of Executives to help them deliver work effectively, consistently, and at a high standard, and guiding them on the communications standards required. For example, using and perfecting communication processes, managing stakeholders, and writing in our tone of voice

• Managing stakeholders by using your expertise to advise and guide them in what’s delivered

• Proofreading content to check for accuracy and grammatical errors

• Ensuring communications are consistent and brand compliant

• Taking ownership of activities and tasks to support the team

Work alongside the Senior employee communications managers and Head of to deliver high-quality, creative, and engaging communication solutions for:

• Purpose, values, strategy

• Change communications

• Divisional and operational comms

• Diversity and Inclusion

• Talent and Development initiatives

• Engagement activities including the employee lifecycle

• Culture, Wellbeing, Recognition, Compensation and Benefits etc communications

• Leadership events

Work with the internal design team, drafting design briefs for internal campaigns, collateral and communications channels

• Human resources

• Communications & Marketing – including Design team

• Senior leaders across the business

• Operational Management teams

• IT and digital teams

• External agencies (e-marketing, creative, print, logistics, marketing…)

• Excellent written, verbal communication and copywriting skills
