Senior Email Deliverability Consultant

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Provide deliverability support and prioritize incoming troubleshooting and strategy tickets.
• Service an assigned portfolio of customers with paid Deliverability Services Consulting entitlements.
• Investigate, review, and audit email sending practices; help resolve blocklist, spam trap, and ISP issues.
• Plan IP warming schedules with customers and monitor progress, email metrics, and sending reputation.
• Analyze performance-quality measurements and provide long-term strategy for high-touch brands using Braze infrastructure.
• Contribute to projects involving process, product, thought leadership, or customer education.

Candidate profile

• Proficiency in deliverability concepts and customer management skills.
• Ideally, 3–4 years providing deliverability-specific services at an ESP, agency, or large brand.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and experience identifying and remediating deliverability issues.
• Able to present findings in a meaningful, consumable format; polished and articulate communication.
