Support the day-to-day administration and operation of Braze's Atlassian platforms.
Help teams work effectively through reliable configuration, responsive support, documentation, and automation.
Platform administration and support
- Manage requests for Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence, resolving configuration, access, reporting, and usability issues.
- Configure projects, workflows, screens, fields, issue and request types, queues, SLAs, forms, permissions, notifications, portals, spaces, and templates.
- Manage users, groups, roles, permissions, and access; support license and access reviews.
- Build and troubleshoot JQL queries, filters, dashboards, reports, and Jira Automation rules.
- Support Rovo agents, including instructions, knowledge sources, testing, troubleshooting, and user feedback.
- Maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and training materials, including async walkthroughs.
- Work with the Lead Atlassian Solutions Engineer on platform cleanup, workflow consolidation, JSM improvements, integrations, and project rollouts.
Platforms and tools
- The role works across Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Atlassian Cloud.
- Work may include ScriptRunner development and support for Rovo agents and AI use cases.
