Client-side Senior Manager – Electrical role with a Dubai-based real estate developer.
Lead electrical scope on major residential, hospitality, and mixed-use developments from concept to handover.
Responsibilities
- Lead electrical design reviews at concept, schematic, tender, and IFC stages.
- Manage and challenge MEP consultants and contractors; drive DEWA/SEWA, SIRA, and ICT/telecom approvals and NOCs.
- Support tenders, technical evaluations, and pre-award activities.
- Oversee shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, testing, commissioning, energization, and handover.
- Flag programme, procurement, and resource risks early across several projects.
What the employer is looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 12+ years of experience, ideally with strong UAE exposure.
- Experience spanning design, contracting, and developer/client-side delivery, with end-to-end project experience from early design through handover.
- Candidates must currently be based in the UAE.
- Developer-side background is preferred; strong design-and-build or MEP contractor candidates with client-facing and handover experience are also welcome.
