Treasury Section Manager role with a government entity in Ajman.
The role focuses on treasury operations, cash flow management, liquidity planning, and investment management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and treasury operations.
- Manage government bank accounts and banking relationships.
- Supervise Treasury Account operations and ensure efficient cash management.
- Manage surplus cash investments to maximize returns while mitigating financial risks.
- Develop and implement treasury policies, procedures, and financial reporting frameworks.
- Monitor financial performance indicators and identify operational efficiency improvements.
- Lead and develop the treasury team, ensuring effective performance and compliance.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration with a Finance or Accounting specialization, or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of treasury management, cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and financial risk.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
