Supports the planning, coordination, and implementation of visual arts programs, projects, and initiatives.
Uses research, data analysis, performance monitoring, stakeholder coordination, and reporting to support development of the visual arts sector.
Key responsibilities
- Support development and implementation of annual plans, programs, projects, and visual arts initiatives.
- Coordinate visual arts activities, exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and workshops.
- Research, collect and analyze data, and prepare reports, statistics, and recommendations.
- Monitor progress, KPIs, targets, and deliverables; identify challenges and recommend solutions.
- Coordinate with internal departments, government entities, private organizations, and external partners.
- Support local, regional, and international participation in visual arts events and initiatives.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, correspondence, agreements, and partnership documentation.
- Review trends, best practices, policies, and initiatives in arts, design, and culture.
- Support program monitoring and evaluation to measure outcomes and impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Applied Arts, Fine Arts, Business Administration, or equivalent from an accredited university.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in research, data analysis, reporting, and project coordination.
- Good knowledge of project, performance, and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with arts, design, and literature trends and best practices.
- Knowledge of arts funding and grant mechanisms.
- Understanding of policies, procedures, and initiatives related to arts-sector development.
