- 12–14+ years of deep expertise across IBM Data Integration, including DataStage v11.x or Cloud Pak for Data, QualityStage, Information Analyzer, IGC, and Db2.
- Experience as a Lead or Principal Architect on 2–3 large-scale, full-lifecycle enterprise data warehouse or data lake implementations.
- Expert knowledge of DataStage Parallel Job mechanics, including combining, sorting, partitioning, and collection methods.
- Expertise developing custom DataStage Parallel routines and BuildOps.
- Strong DataStage integration expertise with Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server, Hadoop/Hive, and cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, AWS Redshift, and Azure Synapse.
- High proficiency in Unix/Linux shell scripting, grid scheduling tools such as Control-M, Tivoli, or Autosys, and SQL/PL-SQL optimization.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture for large-scale enterprise data warehouse or data lake implementations.
- Engineer DataStage Parallel Jobs and develop custom Parallel routines and BuildOps.
- Integrate DataStage with relational databases, Hadoop/Hive, and cloud data warehouses.
- Develop and optimize Unix/Linux scripting, scheduling, and SQL/PL-SQL processes.
