Translate business and leadership requirements into clearly defined, prioritized, actionable product requirements.
Product management responsibilities
- Define and maintain product vision and strategy across business, digital, AI, data, and technology layers.
- Capture leadership and business requirements and translate them into program products.
- Turn strategic objectives into a prioritized, outcome-driven roadmap.
- Break objectives into product goals, epics, features, and user stories.
- Maintain a transparent, prioritized backlog aligned with business outcomes.
- Maintain a rolling roadmap that supports incremental delivery and changing priorities.
- Support release planning, sequencing, and dependency management across teams and platforms.
- Define and maintain value cases, KPIs, benefits measures, and success criteria.
- Align requirements with digital, AI, and data strategies, architecture standards, and operating-model principles.
- Support scope and prioritization decisions using delivery performance and user feedback.
