A data scientist engagement supporting an AI lab in improving model capabilities in statistics, machine learning, experimentation, and quantitative reasoning.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated data science, statistics, machine learning, and quantitative outputs.
- Create expert-level prompts, datasets, and reference solutions.
- Identify flawed methodologies, statistical errors, and weaknesses in quantitative reasoning.
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI model performance and reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Python, machine learning, statistics, and data analysis.
- Experience with experimentation, Pandas, and data modeling.
- Ability to evaluate quantitative problems and identify methodological or statistical errors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least one year of experience at a leading technology, finance, or research company, with some experience within the past seven years.
- Based in an English-speaking country.
- Ability to communicate technical and statistical concepts clearly in writing.
Compensation
