A leading organization is seeking a Senior Manager – Data Analytics to lead and transform its enterprise data and analytics capabilities.

This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving a data-driven culture , unlocking commercial value from data, and delivering advanced analytics solutions that directly impact business performance.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for defining and executing the organization’s data analytics strategy , including data governance, architecture, business intelligence, and operational delivery.

You will ensure the availability, integrity, and security of data , while enabling leadership teams to make informed, insight-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement a robust data strategy aligned with business priorities
• Drive business performance and revenue optimisation through data insights
• Identify opportunities to commercialise data and enhance profitability
• Lead the development of data platforms (data lake, warehouse, integration layers)
• Establish and enforce data governance, quality, and control frameworks
• Advance AI and predictive analytics capabilities across the organization
• Deliver scalable BI solutions , dashboards, and self-service tools
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to prioritise key analytics initiatives
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Data & BI function
• Drive data literacy and adoption across business units
• Manage strategic vendors and external delivery partners

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• 10+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, and Data Strategy
• Proven track record in enterprise data transformation and leadership roles
• Strong expertise in:
• Data lakes and data warehousing
• ETL and data integration tools
• BI platforms (e.g. Power BI, Cognos, or similar)
• Cloud technologies (e.g. Azure)
• Experience in advanced analytics (predictive, diagnostic, prescriptive)
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into commercial outcomes
• Experience working in complex, matrixed environments
• Excellent communication skills with exposure to senior executive stakeholders
• UAE Nationals only
