Senior Manager – Data Analytics
to lead and transform its enterprise data and analytics capabilities.
This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving a

Role Overview
You will be responsible for defining and executing the organization’s
data analytics strategy
, including data governance, architecture, business intelligence, and operational delivery.
You will ensure the
availability, integrity, and security of data
, while enabling leadership teams to make informed, insight-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement a
- robust data strategy
- aligned with business priorities
- Drive
- business performance and revenue optimisation
- through data insights
- Identify opportunities to
- commercialise data and enhance profitability
- Lead the development of
- data platforms
- (data lake, warehouse, integration layers)
- Establish and enforce
- data governance, quality, and control frameworks
- Advance
- AI and predictive analytics capabilities
- across the organization
- Deliver
- scalable BI solutions
- , dashboards, and self-service tools
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to prioritise key analytics initiatives
- Build, lead, and develop a
- high-performing Data & BI function
- Drive
- data literacy and adoption
- across business units
- Manage strategic vendors and external delivery partners
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in
Computer Science
- or a related discipline
- **10+ years of experience**
- in Data Analytics, BI, and Data Strategy
- Proven track record in
- enterprise data transformation and leadership roles
- Strong expertise in:
- Data lakes and data warehousing
- ETL and data integration tools
- BI platforms (e.g. Power BI, Cognos, or similar)
- Cloud technologies (e.g. Azure)
- Experience in
- advanced analytics
- (predictive, diagnostic, prescriptive)
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into
- commercial outcomes
- Experience working in
- complex, matrixed environments
- Excellent communication skills with exposure to
- senior executive stakeholders
