The Senior Customer Service Agent (Sales) handles customer inquiries, promotes credit and financial services, and helps clients manage repayments or debt restructuring.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for sales and customer support.
- Promote financial products, close leads, and meet daily and weekly sales targets.
- Build customer relationships, update CRM records, provide customer service, and resolve complaints.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of customer service or sales experience; finance or credit experience is preferred.
- Strong English communication is required; Arabic is a plus.
- Must be target-driven, collaborative, and confident in negotiation.
- Basic computer and CRM software skills are required.
- Familiarity with UAE credit management practices is a bonus.
Compensation and benefits
- The description states salary up to AED 3,800 per month, with another pay line stating up to AED 3,000 per month.
- Sales incentives and commissions, employment visa, and health insurance are offered.
