The role handles customer inquiries, provides support, and maintains customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist clients with queries, account details, and service information.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Provide timely solutions and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements
- Three years of sales experience is required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn are requested.
- Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Candidates must currently be in the UAE.
Compensation and benefits
- Pay is stated as up to AED 3,000 per month, with a separate description line stating up to AED 5,000 based on experience.
- Visa, medical, and other benefits are provided as per UAE Labour Law.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
