CreditCare Credit Management LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries and support customer satisfaction in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist clients with queries, account details, and service information.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Provide timely solutions and escalate issues when necessary.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
- Must currently be in the UAE.
Salary and benefits
- Salary up to AED 3,000 per month, depending on experience.
- Visa, medical, and other benefits are provided as per UAE Labour Law.
Workplace
- Work is in person in Dubai.
