Lead cost planning, monitoring, and reporting across large-scale landscape and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.
Support financial efficiency, budget compliance, and proactive cost management through the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Develop budgets, cost plans, cash-flow forecasts, and cost baselines aligned with project scope and contracts.
- Support tendering through cost data, benchmarking, and historical analysis; track costs, commitments, and expenditures against budget.
- Prepare cost reports, including earned value analysis, and forecast final project costs.
- Support variations, claims, and change orders; evaluate subcontractor payments and progress valuations.
- Assess cost impacts of design changes and site conditions; coordinate with project, planning, and procurement teams.
- Recommend cost optimizations and risk mitigations; participate in value engineering and align controls with project objectives.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of construction cost-control experience.
- Experience in landscape, infrastructure, or large-scale development projects in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of cost-control systems, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and proficiency in cost-control/reporting tools such as Primavera P6, SAP, or similar.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
Preferred experience
- FIDIC contract familiarity and commercial practices are preferred.
- Major-project experience, including ROSHN, NHC, Qiddiya, or similar giga-projects, is preferred.
- Contractor or EPC background and experience managing projects above SAR 100 million are preferred.
