Role overview

Project delivery and client advisory

• Serve as primary client contact and manage technical assignments, project delivery, and stakeholder expectations.
• Contribute to feasibility studies, master planning, concept and basic design, tendering, and implementation.
• Select, specify, and integrate bulk handling systems and equipment in industrial and port-related facilities.
• Lead workshops, site surveys, technical reviews, audits, and stakeholder engagement.
• Prepare and review technical reports, consultancy deliverables, tender documentation, and design specifications.
• Support tender evaluations, contractor selection, procurement, and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with international specialists to deliver integrated solutions.
• Develop business opportunities and convert market needs into consulting assignments.

What you bring

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 7–15 years in dry bulk handling, materials handling, terminal engineering, mining, ports, or heavy industry.
• Proven Gulf Region project experience and strong knowledge of dry bulk systems, storage facilities, and related infrastructure.
• Experience in feasibility studies, master planning, concept development, tender design, and owner's engineering.
• Understanding of CAPEX, project execution strategies, and investment decision-making.
• Strong stakeholder management, client-facing, communication, presentation, and leadership capabilities.
• Experience in international, multicultural project teams; commercial awareness and ability to develop clients and new business.
• Willingness to be based in the UAE or Saudi Arabia and travel for projects as required.
