Junior Project Manager (MCF/ Data Centers) - Riyadh

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of complex data centre and mission-critical projects across project phases, from feasibility and concept design to detailed design, procurement, construction support, and final delivery.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design and engineering teams; manage project information and support planning and reporting.
• Support project controls covering planning, cost tracking, risk management, reporting, and change control.
• Help manage scope, deliverables, documentation, and stakeholder messaging; contribute to client meetings and internal reviews.
• Support proposals, tenders, fee estimates, and project execution plans; take ownership of assigned tasks and smaller work packages.

Requirements

• Technical university degree; civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in project management, engineering, construction, or consultancy; technical or industrial project experience is preferred.
• Affinity with large-scale technical, mission-critical, or data centre projects.
• Strong organisational skills for planning, reporting, documentation, and project administration.
• Good knowledge of MS Office; MS Project, Primavera, BIM360, CDE, or similar platforms are an advantage.
• Excellent English; initiative, drive, and clear communication with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.

Workplace

• The role is based at Haskoning’s Riyadh office and supports colleagues and clients in Saudi Arabia, with connections to international data centre teams.
