Senior Construction Manager (Infra & Landscape) - Saudi National

Project and role

Construction delivery responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure and landscape packages from mobilisation through completion and handover.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, and site supervision; monitor progress and apply mitigation measures.
• Oversee roads, utilities, drainage, external works, public realm, hardscape, and softscape.
• Review methodologies and recovery plans; manage site risks, constraints, and interfaces.
• Coordinate stakeholders and disciplines, chair progress meetings, and support project controls and commercial teams.
• Monitor health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements; oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, defect resolution, and handover.
• Report progress, risks, issues, and mitigations; support operational readiness and transition.

Experience and qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 15 years delivering major infrastructure and construction projects, including oversight of main contractors on complex developments.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, temporary works, site logistics, and relevant infrastructure and landscape works.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and experience managing programme, quality, risk, and delivery performance.
• Ability to build effective relationships with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• PMC, client-side, Delivery Partner, or programme management experience is preferred.
• MCIOB, PMP, PE, CEng, or equivalent accreditation is advantageous.
• Relevant high-value project or programme experience for a project management consultancy is required for immigration and client approval.
