Join a Mace team delivering an ultra-luxury residential and hospitality project with significant civil works and infrastructure.
The project includes infrastructure, landscape, and built assets delivered through Mace as a hands-on Project Management Consultant with FIDIC Engineer responsibility.
The role oversees complex commercial work packages, risk, opportunity, profitability, and monthly commercial procedures.
Responsibilities
- Promote safety, wellbeing, inclusion, and responsible delivery across the project.
- Manage delivery from inception and briefing through design development, planning, contractor procurement, and construction against the programme and milestones.
- Manage project budgets and highlight risks, challenges, and mitigations.
- Manage design and consultant teams and collaborate with project and client stakeholders to deliver project outcomes and KPIs.
- Lead commercial teams and manage subcontractor claims, change, technical correspondence, and contractual compliance.
- Oversee applications, invoices, interim payment certificates, and consultant fees.
- Support quality systems, timely deliverables, best-practice sharing, and carbon-conscious delivery.
Requirements
- Degree in quantity surveying, commercial management, or a related discipline.
- MRICS/RICS qualified or working toward professional accreditation.
- Extensive commercial experience on major construction projects.
- Strong commercial governance, contract management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Technical expertise in local health and safety rules and regulations relevant to the project portfolio.
