Role Description
This is a full-time, off-site role for a Senior Business/Finance Analyst based in Dubai but working with clients across the globe.
The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and documenting business requirements required to obtain the cliebt the funding they require.
Key tasks include working closely with stakeholders to gather and evaluate data, providing actionable insights, and recommending strategies to optimize performance.
The role also involves working with our funding partners in terms of submitting the funding case and with the client through the full due diligence process.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Proven expertise in Business Analysis, Business Process design, and optimizing workflows to achieve operational efficiency.
- Financial modelling, high level Excel profilciency, and having a high level of understanding as to how to read financial documents.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to convey complex concepts to varied clients effectively.
- Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting Business Requirements to recommend effective solutions.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus) OR at least 5 years' proven track record within the commercial finance brokerage sector.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in relevant project management and data analysis tools.
