About This Role
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to lead and grow our commercial real estate business, with a strong focus on leasing and sales of labour camps, warehouses and staff accommodation across Dubai.
The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in commercial real estate, a strong existing client database, and the ability to hit the ground running and generate deals from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage your existing client database to generate leasing and sales opportunities across labour camps, warehouses and staff accommodation.
- Actively prospect and develop new corporate relationships to expand the commercial portfolio
- Manage the full deal cycle from first contact to signed agreement
- Conduct property viewings, prepare proposals, and negotiate terms with clients
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporates, business owners, and investors
- Identify new market opportunities and untapped commercial segments
- Coordinate with internal teams on tenancy agreements, renewals, and lease documentation
- Report on pipeline, deal progress, and market activity to senior management
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial real estate leasing and sales in the UAE (ESSENTIAL)
- Strong and active client database in the commercial real estate sector
- Demonstrated ability to close deals independently and consistently from day one
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- UAE-based with valid UAE Driving License
• RERA Certification (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
