Here are your key responsibilities...

1. **Drive Regional Commercial Growth:**

Proactively identify and secure high-value commercial opportunities across the marine, offshore, and shipyard sectors, leveraging the company's unique asset ownership and build/repair capabilities.

2. **Maximize Fleet Utilization & Chartering:**

Negotiate charter fixtures, commercial terms, and contractual agreements directly with owners, charterers, and brokers to optimize fleet deployment and profitability.

3. **Deliver End-to-End Tender Success:**

Lead the preparation of competitive costings, technical-commercial proposals, and major tender submissions, translating complex client requirements into winning marine solutions.

4. **Cultivate Elite Industry Relationships:**

Develop and sustain a powerful network of executive-level relationships with vessel owners, brokers, and key maritime stakeholders across the GCC region.

5. **Cross-Functional Project Leadership:**

  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal shipyard, operations, and finance teams to ensure flawless project execution, accurate commercial administration, and sustained financial performance.
  • So, do YOU fit the profile?
  • 8 years’ experience within shipbroking, vessel chartering or offshore marine operations.
  • You have strong knowledge of offshore vessel markets, chartering activity and commercial dynamics across the GCC region.
  • You’ve been involved in negotiating charter parties, offshore contracts and wider commercial agreements.
  • Commercially driven, with a proven ability to identify opportunities, build relationships and win business.
  • You’re ambitious and looking for a move where you can develop into a senior management role.
