Your Mandate

In this high-impact role, you will focus on establishing the systems and technical infrastructure required to bridge our commercial commitments with shipyard execution across MRO and New Build projects.

• Lead Project Scheduling: Prepare and update project schedules from the bidding stage through to close-out, ensuring our facility and floating dry dock operate at peak efficiency.
• Scale Our Infrastructure: You will build and refine yard capacity and area planning models, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigations in coordination with Business Development and Marine Operations.
• Own Resource & Financial Architecture: Conduct manpower planning and prepare weekly/monthly accruals for labor, materials, and equipment to ensure a sustainable path forward.
• Optimize Performance Monitoring: Update schedules and perform forecasting in coordination with Engineering, Production, and Commissioning, producing the daily and monthly reports needed to highlight areas of concern.
• Manage Risk & Change: Carry out schedule risk analysis, maintain the Risk Register, and monitor change management to ensure the business scales safely and under informed oversight.

You

You are an adaptable, growth-oriented technical professional capable of managing complex day-to-day project variables and long-term systems building.

• Your Experience: Between 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in a planning role within the shipyard or offshore fabrication industry (Rig, Lift boat, or Shipbuilding).
• Your Competencies: Mastery of Primavera and MS Project, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. PMP or PSP certifications are highly preferable.
• Your Attributes: You bring a proactive mindset focused on continual improvement, process development, and the execution of complex technical projects under direct leadership instruction.
