Job Summary
Responsible for preparing, developing, and modifying architectural drawings using CAD software in accordance with project specifications, design standards, and architectural requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and revise architectural drawings using CAD software. Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings. Review drawings for accuracy and compliance with project requirements. Coordinate with architects and other engineering disciplines. Incorporate design changes and comments into drawings. Maintain drawing records and ensure proper document control. Ensure drawings comply with project standards and submission requirements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field. Relevant experience in architectural drafting and CAD operations. Experience in architectural drawings for building and infrastructure projects is preferred.
Skills
- AutoCAD and architectural drafting. Reading and interpreting architectural drawings. Knowledge of building design standards and drawing specifications. Attention to detail and accuracy. Time management and coordination skills.
