Senior Project Manager

Location, work arrangement, and schedule

• Abu Dhabi, UAE.
• Full-time, site-based position.
• Works 48 hours per week across 6 working days.

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Lead large-scale infrastructure and villa development project delivery from construction through handover.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and Abu Dhabi authorities.
• Oversee roads, utilities, wet and dry services, and associated infrastructure works.
• Administer contracts under FIDIC conditions.
• Monitor progress, cost, quality, safety, and risk; lead multidisciplinary site teams.
• Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi regulations, authority requirements, and project specifications.
• Prepare executive reports and present updates to senior stakeholders.

Required qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• At least 25 years of relevant professional experience.
• At least 10 years of UAE experience or experience on comparable large-scale international projects.
• Proven consultant supervision experience on major residential community developments.
• Strong experience managing roads, utilities, wet and dry services, and other infrastructure works.
• Extensive villa development experience and previous involvement in multi-billion AED projects.
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi authority regulations and stakeholder management.

Preferred qualification

• Chartered Engineer or professional engineering certification is preferred.
