Senior Business Systems Analyst (SimCorp Dimension) - Platform Operations & Continuous Improvement

Opportunity

Platform operations

• Work with Global Technology & Data agile teams to implement SimCorp Dimension enhancements.
• Support production stability and provide technical expertise during incident resolution.
• Configure and support transaction workflows, portfolio calculations, and investment lifecycle processes.
• Participate in testing, releases, platform upgrades, and ongoing support.

Continuous improvement and collaboration

• Improve automation, data quality, operational efficiency, and process optimization.
• Partner with architects, developers, and vendors on scalable solutions.
• Identify operational risks and implement controls to improve resilience and reduce manual intervention.
• Build trusted relationships across business, operations, and technology teams.

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of production support for SimCorp Dimension, including incident resolution, stability, and troubleshooting.
• 2+ years working with SimCorp integration modules: Filter Toolbox, Data Extractor, Communication Server, Batch Job Groups, and Services.
• 2+ years working with the Investment Book of Records module and financial instrument lifecycle events.
• Understanding of investment operations and trade lifecycle processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred qualifications

• Scripting or automation experience with SQL, PowerShell, or similar tools; experience with operational improvement, process automation, and platform optimization.
• Experience with SimCorp Dimension upgrades or in pension, asset management, or financial services.
