Opportunity

Leadership and delivery

• Lead, coach, and develop Business Analysts, Business Systems Analysts, Developers, and technology professionals.
• Build trusted partnerships across investment and corporate functions and foster accountability, collaboration, learning, and operational excellence.
• Drive prioritization, planning, resource management, and delivery across competing initiatives; partner with product, delivery, architecture, and technology colleagues.

Platforms and operations

• Support delivery, enhancement, and operational stability of investment-facing business applications and business-critical platforms.
• Lead day-to-day operations and project execution, including incident management, issue resolution, and production support.
• Contribute to strategic planning, roadmaps, modernization, vendor relationships, Agile, DevOps, and continuous improvement.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–5+ years in capital markets or investment management, including delivery or support of IT solutions across the investment lifecycle.
• Team management experience or demonstrated leadership through project leadership, mentoring, or workstream guidance.
• Working knowledge of one or more of OTC derivatives, equity markets, fixed income, or private markets.
• Technology project delivery and business-critical production operations experience; knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, communication, collaboration, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in a pension fund, asset management organization, institutional investor, or broader financial services environment is preferred.
• Experience with Aladdin, eFront, SimCorp, Bloomberg, or similar investment platforms is preferred.
• Experience leading technology teams for front-office, middle-office, treasury, risk, or investment operations is preferred.
• AI-enabled delivery or automation exposure, vendor management experience, and relevant professional certifications are assets.
