Opportunity

Leadership and delivery

• Lead, coach, and develop a small team of analysts, developers, and technology professionals.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and operational excellence.
• Build partnerships across investment and corporate functions.
• Lead day-to-day operations and project execution; drive prioritization, planning, resource management, and delivery across initiatives.
• Partner with Product Owners, Delivery Leads, Architects, and technology peers to deliver business value.

Investment technology operations

• Support delivery, enhancement, and operational stability of investment-facing business applications.
• Lead incident management, issue resolution, and production support.
• Contribute to strategic planning, technology roadmaps, and modernization of the investment technology portfolio.
• Support vendor and external technology partner relationships where required.
• Champion Agile, DevOps, and continuous improvement; align solutions with business, risk, and operational needs.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–5+ years in capital markets or investment management, including delivering or supporting IT solutions across the investment lifecycle.
• Team management experience or demonstrated leadership through project leadership, mentoring, or workstream guidance.
• Working knowledge of capital markets products and experience supporting one or more of OTC Derivatives, Equity Markets, Fixed Income, or Private Markets.
• Experience delivering technology projects while supporting ongoing production operations.
