Work model

• Hybrid work model with two days in the office.

Technologies and methods

• Working knowledge of Agile and ATDD or TDD is requested.
• Experience with at least one Guidewire product: PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter or BillingCenter; BillingCenter is preferred.
• Experience with JIRA, JIRA Service Desk and Confluence, or similar tools, is requested.

How the role creates impact

• Facilitate discussions to collect, document and validate business functions, rules and processes for complex projects.
• Guide technical design solution assessment and selection between the delivery team and business stakeholders.
• Perform data analysis, modeling, mapping and flow work supporting system functionality and integrations.
• Develop user acceptance testing plans and strategies, and lead testing for medium to large initiatives.
• Research and implement improvements to the BSA practice, processes and team guidance.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in Information Technology or a related field.
• Post-secondary education in Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile, SDLC, project planning and Lean process improvement methods and tools.
• Insurance-environment experience is an asset.
• English proficiency is essential for client communication, complex documents and daily reporting.

Salary and incentives
