Responsibilities
- Coach, train, and develop team members in Agile practices and provide timely feedback.
- Promote collaboration and transparency; identify, mitigate, and resolve process inefficiencies.
- Evolve Agile practices and facilitate continuous improvement using empirical approaches.
- Participate in program-level planning, coordinate releases, and communicate interdependencies.
- Facilitate planning meetings, maintain a prioritized backlog, and prepare team metrics for release schedules.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience providing agile support to functional teams.
- Post-secondary degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- CSM certification or related agile accreditation; strong knowledge of Agile principles, methodologies, and techniques.
- Working knowledge of operational and governance principles.
- English proficiency is essential for client and team communication, complex documents, and daily reports.
- Innovative mindset, critical thinking, communication, change influence, and relationship-building skills.
Compensation
- Expected salary/hourly range is CAD 91,058 to CAD 141,000+.
- Eligible employees may participate in incentive programs.
