We are looking for a Senior Business Strategy Manager who can lead strategic initiatives while overseeing operational planning, organizational development, and high-level business transformation projects.

Oversee strategic planning initiatives including operational analysis, business transformation projects, organizational development, and long-term growth planning.

Develop and implement strategies that improve business efficiency, optimize operational workflows, and support organizational scalability across multiple business functions.

Lead and mentor consulting teams, operational managers, and project coordinators.

Conduct performance reviews and support professional development initiatives.

Collaborate with executive leadership, corporate clients, department heads, and external partners to align strategic goals and operational priorities.

Monitor business KPIs, operational performance metrics, and project outcomes while providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Manage high-level consulting projects, strategic initiatives, and organizational change programs while ensuring timely execution and measurable results.

Support operational risk assessments, business continuity planning, and compliance initiatives while maintaining alignment with organizational standards and policies.

6+ years of experience in business strategy, corporate consulting, operational leadership, or organizational development, including at least 1-2 years in a senior management role.

Strong experience leading cross-functional teams, managing strategic initiatives, and driving operational improvements within complex business environments.

Deep understanding of business operations, strategic planning, organizational performance management, and business transformation methodologies.

Proficiency in business reporting systems, project management platforms, CRM tools, operational analytics software, and Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent English communication skills are required for executive presentations, stakeholder management, and strategic reporting.

Additional language skills are considered an advantage.

You are analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented.

You understand how to balance strategic vision, operational execution, and client expectations while leading teams in fast-paced business environments.

Pay: QAR17,000.00 - QAR23,000.00 per month
