Senior Business Improvement Analyst (Qatari)

Role Overview

Key Accountabilities

• Analyze, redesign and document BHS operational and business processes and implement process changes.
• Lead continuous improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma/DMAIC, Kaizen) to improve BHS availability and service quality.
• Produce weekly and monthly KPI and performance reports and external benchmarking.
• Manage delivery of BHS, PLB and BME O&M contracts and monitor contractor performance against SLAs.
• Prepare procurement documents and support tendering, technical evaluation and contract award.
• Estimate and propose CAPEX/OPEX budgets and track spend against approved budget.
• Coordinate with operational partners, authorities, airlines and ground handlers.
• Identify and manage process and project risks; support Business Continuity Management.
• Support alignment with ISO 55001/SAMP, ISO 14001 EMS and QMS requirements.
• Represent BHS in special projects and train staff including Qatari nationals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial), Business Administration or related field with minimum 4 years of job-related experience.
• Diploma/Vocational Qualification with minimum 5 years of job-related experience.
• Qatari nationals: Bachelor's Degree, no prior experience required.
• Proven experience in airport operations, preferably Baggage Handling Systems/Hold Baggage Screening or PLB, GPU and PCA systems.
• Hands-on experience leading process/continuous improvement initiatives and preparing performance reports.
• Experience in contract management, procurement documentation and/or CAPEX/OPEX budget preparation.
• Preferred: Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher), PMP/PRINCE2, or ISO 9001/55001 awareness; advanced MS Office.
• Good written and spoken English; able to support shift operations for set periods when required.
