Hiring: Business Development Executive – Education Sector (UAE)
We are seeking a high-performing and strategically driven Business Development Executive to join our expanding operations in the UAE education sector.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving institutional growth, strategic partnerships, and revenue expansion across key markets.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in business development within the education sector or related institutional environment
- Must hold a valid UAE residence visa
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle is mandatory
- Strong bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Established network within the UAE education ecosystem with strong market intelligence
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship building
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new strategic business opportunities and partnerships
- Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with educational institutions, corporate clients, and key stakeholders
- Lead student acquisition and enrollment growth strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and high-level meetings
- Deliver against agreed sales targets and contribute to overall business expansion strategy
